100g flat egg noodle
3tbsp Salmon roe
Coriander, to garnish
Spring Onions to garnish
1 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1 Cook egg noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and put into a large bowl.
2 Stir in roe and seasoning mix. Toss well to combine. Serve warm as entree or appetizer.
Tip: Crab roe may be used instead of Salmon roe.
