“Oh how I miss my bun Cha from Hanoi. This place is one of the best, with perfectly cooked grilled pork and well seasoned pork meatballs. If they ask you if you want “nem” say yes. I thought they were asking for my “name” the first time so I got no nem. Big mistake. Nem is a yummy fried egg roll that you can add to your bun Cha soup bowl.
They have “valet” parking here for motorbikes. If it looks full, don’t despair, they will just keep extending the restaurant all the way down the street with their little blue chairs.
Our lunch for two came in at 80000 vnd or about $3.50usd. Pretty sweet.”
“The gold standard of bún chả. You will dream about this place, believe me.. enjoy your delicious noodles.”
