“Dalcheeni” is a spice which is known as cinnamon world over. Dalcheeni serves the authentic royal Indian cuisine with a flourish in a 92 seat full-service fine dining restaurant. The guests have three floor option, each floor has its own unique ambiance overvewing the West lake with varied menu choices from a la carte to buffet. On top floor we have a private dining area for private parties catering for 25-30 people. With Dalcheeni we bring you a rich repertoire of Indian Kebabs and Curries, sourced from the royal chronicles. Sharing the legacy of India’s imperial era, our esteemed guests are to dine like the Maharajas did. The culinary journey starts with dishes cooked in Clay oven and Charcoal fire. This technique was inherited by the Mauryan Dynasty (300 BC) and perfected over centuries.
