- “Food no good. German food cooked by Vietnamese. Looks ok but no taste at all. Better try Viet food here. Bottled beer is ok.”
“One of the german corners in Hanoi. Small place, hard to see from noisy outside but really cool and silent when getting inside. The dishes are yummy. good place for ppl who miss Germany like me”
- “My favorite place for regular dose of Wiener pork schnitzel.
I’m coming from the part of Europe where everything gets fried coated in the breadcrumbs, from pork, chicken, cheese, mushrooms to cauliflower. So have bit of expertise in this.
Didn’t try other meals but Wiener schnitzel with German potatoes (fried potatoes with bacon and onion) is excellent. Beer is good too. Prices are reasonable (85k for schnitzel). Whole place is decorated with artifacts from Germany, making atmosphere kind of special.
Minus star for parking inside the tunnel.”
